I want to share my appreciation for customer service in Big Brand Tire & Service at Santa Ana location. I brought my car for tires change and perform the alignment. Customer service helped me to select the right tire set for my car and made sure that tires were delivered fast from supplier. My special thanks I want to address to store manager Joe Renalla, who provided support for tire selection placing the order and contacted supplier to make sure fast delivery. Also, my big thank you for assistant manager Jeremy Zabala, who managed installation of new tires and alignment. My appreciation for wonderful work I want to address to technician Harlin, who performed the alignment and discussed results with me. All people are customer oriented and have a friendly attitude.

It’s rare to find this level of customer service and attention to detail these days. The utmost respect for him and the rest of the employees at this shop. Highly recommending this to my friends, family and foes because of the outstanding leadership and care I first hand experienced. Joe is an Army Veteran and I learned that by simply having genuine conversations and care to really know one another as a client and a worker just treating each other as people and not a business transaction.
