We are Canadian and stopped due to a nail in our rental tire while on our way to Disneyland. The team had numerous cars on the go yet allowed us to pull up, they plugged and patched our tire and had us on our way in 25 mins and we had to convince them to let us tip them as they didn’t charge for the service! We’re so thankful to them for getting us back on the road and saving our trip plans!

My window wouldn't roll up, I brought it to big brand and they examined it and was at least able to manually roll it up,he did say we could order a new motor and put it in for $408 ,I'm quite pleased with the service I got today and these guys are lifesavers.

After getting my window fixed, apparently I ran over a bolt and had to go to Big Brand tire in Arroyo Grande to fix the tire.they were quick, affordable and professional and saved the day.
