After a weekend in Phoenix, traveling back to Palm Springs, battery died on a Sunday. Big Brand Call Center gave directions to the Goodyear, AZ store. ReAnna and Gunner confirmed the battery was in poor condition. Confirmed the correct replacement was in stock and had the parts runner drop it off at the store. Gunner had the tech check error codes to make sure it was just a battery problem. Gunner and ReAnna and the tech got the new battery installed and checked out. We were on the road in no time. Great Service, Great People who helped us. I will say again, this all happened on a Sunday when most auto service places are closed. Thank you Big Brand Tire and Service.

Had a nail in my tire and they fixed it for free. The tire was not original bought from them, but they still repaired it
Loved working with these guys! Entire experience was great. They swapped my tires not new rims and boxed old rims up. Got a flat 2 days later and they repaired it free of charge! Will be buying tires for my truck soon. Will be coming back!

Very informative and very pleasant to deal with honest and upfront. Yes I recommend Big Brand Tire & Service over Firestone and any other commercial tire service.
Went here for a 2nd opinion on a front end issue. Prior shop I went to gave me a list of issues they wanted to repair. I went to Big Brand, they were up front, honest and direct. Connor saw the cause of my issue 1 min into the initial inspection. They had me fixed and back rolling the next day. Big Brand will be my go to shop for any work I need done going forward.
Got me right in to repair a flat tire. Great service and experience.
Tires on our 5th wheel rv were failing and Gunner recomended Carlstar 225/75r15 F rated upgrade from E rated China Bombs. Very happy with these. Highy recommend!

I just purchased my 2022 Toyota Camry sight unseen. I had a nail in one of my tires and bought a new set of Pirelli tires for a great price. I, also, had an oil change. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and I plan on making them my go to shop for all of my cars needs.
