Over the past three (3) months I have brought in four (4) separate vehicles with five (5) different issues —- each time, The Team has swiftly resolved each issue (wheel-hub, cylinder-misfire, trailer spare-tire/wheel purchase, tire-replacement, wheel alignment) and provide stellar Customer Service AND impeccable Customer Hospitality (including sharing fresh strawberries!)! Service was great. What a relief to get help on a Sunday. I suddenly needed a mechanic just before 5 pm on a Saturday. I called several local repair shops but no one answered and all were closed on Sunday. Then I tried Big Brand Tire. Their robot phone tree gave the impression that they don’t service engines, but out of desperation, I called a second time and went ahead and chose an option that didn’t fit my need for a mechanic. Bingo! They could get me in for non-tire related service at 9am Sunday. Perfect. Good service; caring, polite employees.

Friendly an hospitable folks. They will take care of you and your car.
We had to stop at Big Brands while traveling because of a leaking tire. Huge nail was stuck in the tire. Within an hour we were back on the road! We had excellent service! We highly recommend Big Brands tire service.
Down to earth service, they will work with you on your issues, friendly and helpful. Very busy, so book your appointment.
Honest, fair and prompt service. They helped us on a trip to LA when we had a damaged tire. We'll run business.
