Service was great. What a relief to get help on a Sunday. I suddenly needed a mechanic just before 5 pm on a Saturday. I called several local repair shops but no one answered and all were closed on Sunday. Then I tried Big Brand Tire. Their robot phone tree gave the impression that they don’t service engines, but out of desperation, I called a second time and went ahead and chose an option that didn’t fit my need for a mechanic. Bingo! They could get me in for non-tire related service at 9am Sunday. Perfect. Good service; caring, polite employees.
