I stopped in to get a tire that was leaking fixed. There were several people ahead of me and I expected a long wait. To my pleasant surprise the team there was able to get my repair completed quickly and get me back on my way. I will be back.

If you need tires or an alignment, Big Brand is THE place to go. It's the old Drums Tire & Battery and Jimmy would be proud... You get ONE price for your tires. No extra cost for mounting, balance, etc that many stores add on. In and out in 30 minutes. Its a great hometown place to go verses the mega franchise stores where you never see the same face twice. And YES, the crew in the garage is the same fellas that have been there for just about forever! So the new owners stayed loyal to the workers. That tells you something too. Im a customer for life!

I had previously frequented Big Brand Tire’s predecessor Drums Tire for service, and since Big Brand had bought the company out, I decided to check them out for a set of new tires. I was very pleased with the price, quality, and speed of the service.

A message appeared in my truck dashboard that the pressure in one of my tires was low. In the past when I saw that message a nail was causing the loss. This time the mechanic found that all tires were low on pressure and filled them at no charge. I felt very dumb but very thankfull for the honesty.
