We were in Jackson for the weekend. We had just left a restaurant and I noticed a screw in my tire. We googled a tire shop and headed that way when I passed big brand tire I turned right around and pulled in. My husband went inside and spoke with the employee. They came out to look at the tire and said maybe we can patch it or you will need a new tire. So we waited 30 mins at the most. They were able to patch my tire. They didn't charge me a dime. We left a nice tip for the employees! Thanks Big Brand! ✌️💚
