I can’t recommend Big Brand Tires strongly enough! I’ve been having my vehicles serviced at this location since its previous ownership, and while I always received excellent service, the time factor could at times be daunting. Under the new name/management, what used to take several hours seems to get done now in less than one! Repeatedly! I’d give six stars if I could!

Great experience. I used to go when it was calhoun tire and i was happy to see they honor the same warranties that you had with the previous company AND still honor free tires rotations. I was also very happy to see Sawyer is still there and is now the manager. I feel just as comfortable with my service at big brand as I was with Calhoun. Thanks! (Also, the service was MUCH faster!)

I had 4 of the 6 tires on my Class A, 35 ft. Motorhome replaced with 4 new tires. Two steer for the front and 2 drive tires for the rear. Dean, my salesperson, had recommended Ironman tires 245/70R/19.5, 16 ply tires about 2 weeks earlier. I did lots of tire research, compared brands and took quotes from 5 other shops. Big Brand wasn’t the least in cost but they were next in line then the other shops required a 70 mile one way road trip. In short, I called to schedule the installation appointment and was told to come on over. Corey was my installation tech. He listened to my desires, assured me they could be achieved then went to work. Corey did waste a single move. He did a tremendous job, his work was excellent. The shop has earned my highest recommendation. We are happy campers!
