Let me start by saying, true 5-star service is hard to find, but I experienced it firsthand recently. I showed up 15 minutes before closing, even called ahead to warn them about my tire mishap—a rock through the tire that might need a plug or patch. Despite the late hour, Angelo welcomed me like family, no attitude, just genuine care. The service was nothing short of A+. When it turned out the tire wasn’t repairable, I ended up replacing all four tires. This is the kind of customer service that sets Hutto apart. Angelo, keep doing what you’re doing because it makes all the difference.
