What a lovely team of people…I had a flat…they got me in the day I called…fixed my tire and calibrated my sensors for me free of charge. I would have been happy to pay but Doug wouldn’t let me. They are very busy, I had to wait awhile but it was so worth it…the reason I mention this is just a heads up…their customer service…clean waiting room and pleasant team is worth the wait Thank You 🥰

I was traveling when i got a flat tire. AAA changed it and found a nail was the cause of a flat. I took the tire to Big Brand Tires in Seaside. The staff was courteous and helpful, repairing my tire at no charge in under 1 hour. If I lived in the area, I would be buying tires from them- I recommend locals support this business.
