We had 1 wheel assembly look out of shape 3000 miles away from home. We found Big Brand Tire & Service by chance on the internet after a couple of other companies we found, which didn’t really seem that knowledgeable based on my 30+ years working on Trucks & Trailers (frustration’s building), my 3rd call was to Robby and he said bring it over and we’ll have a look. WOW, very willing to listen to me and they jumped right in. Turns out the Bearing set just needed to be tightened up. Then i asked them to check the other 5 wheel sets (remember 3000 miles from home) they checked them out as well and they were all good. NOW the BILL, I am in Trucking after all and was expecting 200 to 300 dollars, much to my surprise it was under $30.00.
