Wonderful. I went in today because I got a tire pressure warning notification on my dash while driving. Stressful! It's hot today but not blowout hot, at least I don't think. I tried to use the nearest gas station air machine to check pressure myself but it was wonky in its readings so I was left unsure. (Pro tip: avoid Chevron at Lincoln and Mindanao.) After the gas station, Big Brand took me in with no appointment and Ismael was so fast and friendly. After filling my tires to recommended level and then some because of this hot weather, Ismael made sure I properly reset my car's computer and sent me on my way. No crazy invoice, just pleasant service. Much appreciated!

Ten stars if I could, I think it was Omar who got me in and out super fast, fixed a nail issue for free, checked my tire pressure. I came from here after getting a crazy quote from the Toyota dealership and I’m so grateful. Will be here if I ever need tires replaced. They were wonderful

I called to see check when I need to schedule my next tire rotation since purchasing my tires last November 2025 with Big Brand Tire. Erick assisted my with all my questions and schedule me with ease. I had gone only to the location off Pico but this one is closer to home. I had a great experience with my service everyone was great and knowledgeable. Also their mechanic Omar informed me of what had been done and answered all my concerns. This location is very efficient and their staff is helpful, ready to assist you with all your car needs👏. I will definitely be coming back.

Came in to get my flat tire repaired but turns out it was unrepairable. They were able to assist me as a walk in and bought & installed the new tire to replace my flat one.

Fixed my flat for free. Most professional and courteous. Open Saturday. Very nice people.
