I knew what the problem was before I took my truck in and didn’t say what I thought the problem was and they found exactly what the problem was without scamming me for additional repairs (as most places do) Decently priced and Andy is a stand up guy! This is the most customer service forward tire shop I have dealt with in my 30+ years of adult living. Even with a full shop and I showed up late, they held on to the two tires I asked about, and I was back to driving in under an hour…10 Stars if I could!

We called in advance and received a quote over the phone. The price didn’t change once we got there. Matt was an excellent customer service person both on the phone and in person. Matt told us it would be about an hour and 20 minutes for the tire charge and much overdue alignment. It took slightly less. Due to the location, you have so much you can do while getting your tires changed or having service done. I left very happy and so did my husband. I’d highly recommend this location. It’s literally right off the Summerlin Parkway at the Buffalo. It sits right behind Wilco and there is a Trader Joe’s in the same parking lot along with restaurants and other services. There is also a Lowe’s across the street.
