Great customer service. Very clean. Very professional staff.

First off I got there early and they were able to fit me in. I have a busy schedule and this was Greatly appreciated. I Was helped by Andrew from me walking into walking out and that guy was Was outstanding. He offered a free alignment check for me and lo and behold. My alignment was off hence me needing new tires. He got me a great deal and I never felt rushed or pushed to purchase anything. I was really happy with the service and how quick and professional The whole experience was. If I am in need of tires again, I know I will be going back here. Thanks guys for the help.

Good service

This would be my 3rd trip to Big Brand Tire and Service in Tulare, and everytime I've been pleased. Impeccable Customer Service! I replaced the front struts, rear shocks and both sway bar links and took it to them to install four new Michelin tires and a four-wheel alignment a couple of months back. I had to return a second time because, on the first trip, my situation required an aftermarket part. Since I had performed the original work, they let me purchase the part from (my parts connection), letting me install it myself, and saving me additional money that I didn't have, and rechecked the alignment. My wife came in on the third trip, earlier today, to troubleshoot a rattle coming from the right side front end. They checked it, took it for a test drive and it turned out, a nut attaching the sway bar link had loosened. They tightened it securely, checked the rest of the connections and sent her on her way, no charge. Note: I drive truck OTR, am away from home 3 or more weeks at a time, and my wife drives this vehicle 98% of the time. These guys were very professional in giving her a safe vehicle to drive and giving me peace of mind. I was so happy, that I wanted them to service my A/C system, but alas, they don't perform those services. However, they DID give me the name of a shop that they highly recommended. I would only hope that this shop is just as professional! I'll send a review on them, as well.
