10000 stars if I could. Found a nail in our rental car tire so we called the shop, and within an hour we were on our way. Arika saved our vacation and she was so amazing that this was actually a highlight of our trip. Her shop dog Clyde is absolutely adorable. We played fetch with him in the parking lot until the tire was fixed. I can’t thank her and her team enough!!! You’re the best.

Arika and Angela were GREAT! gave me a good quote on all 4 and an alignment too. My appointment was ON TIME and Devin finished the entire job on time. VERY nice people and service was Great ! BTW made great friends with Clyde (shop doggie) too Overall a Very Good experience Will definitely recommend for tires and service in South Lake Tahoe

Wow!! I have rarely been this impressed with the service we received. We are on vacation celebrating our anniversary, heading to the lake for the day and then we got a flat tire. Nobody was able to help us. Chat GPT recommended Big Brand Tire and Service. We pulled in and Arika greeted us very friendly. She said they could do the repair and it was free. She got it right in and we got to play with Clyde while we waited. Cutest dog ever!!! I am very impressed with Arika and how she runs this place. She knows her customers, is so personable and genuinely cares about her customers and you can tell she trys to save them money when she can. I wish this place was in San Jose- it's the only place I would go. Definitely recommend to any locals or people passing through. Thank you Arika and team (and Clyde) for great service and saving the day!!!!
