I was traveling and my roter started making a noise. These guys checked it out and found a hitchhiking rock! They did not charge me anything for inspection and taking the rock out. Carlos provided excellent customer service!!

BEST EVER SERVICE!!! Tire blew out on US 36 at midnight, found this shop by chance and parked overnight. Called 8am and CARLOS answered. This guy is a BLESSING. Professional, courteous and had the tires replaced before I made it back to the shop. I cannot say enough. I live in Aurora but I will DRIVE here again, every single time, because of CARLOS. Give them a call, you will not regret it. Thank you CARLOS!!

Lost a tire to road debris on a Sunday. Big Brand was able to get me taken care of and back on the road the same day. Staff was knowledgeable, compassionate and easy to work with. They made a stressful situation much less stressful

This place is great. Emily in the office was amazing. Such a bright personality. Super helpful and kind. Her personality alone turned what wasn't the best day into a pleasant afternoon. They are very lucky to have her. Can’t express enough how great the service there was. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Highly recommend! Great environment and quality work!

Friendly, professional staff and mechanics! The fact that they are open on weekends really saved me. I have a 2014 Toyota RAV4, and ever since I bought it, my car had been making weird noises every time I pressed the brakes. When I took my car to a Brakes Plus about 3 years ago, they couldn’t find anything wrong with it, but the noise continued and I kept driving it. The sound became much louder this year, so I took my car to Big Brand Tire & Auto. They fixed it right away on a Sunday, and the noise was gone! I had to come back over the next 2 weekends to replace the brake pads and get a brake flush, but the fact that they are open on weekends made the whole process much less stressful. They were very professional and explained everything clearly to me. The billing was also straightforward. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
