I had tires replaced in March at Big Brands Raintree location. Competitive pricing and prompt service. Unfortunately over the weekend I had a blowout and and needed an emergency tire- Dennis was very helpful and got me back in the road by end of day Monday. Thanks again for being a great neighborhood resource!

Picked up a nail in my tire. Immediately contacted Big Brand tires. We use them for all 4 of our vehicles. Quick service and they repaired it while I waited in their lobby. Saved my day!!

Been coming here for the last year and a half and they’ve earned every bit of the good reputation imo. As someone who knows basically nothing about cars and could very easily get taken advantage of, I trust these guys completely because they’ve never once tried to sell me services I didn’t need. They’re always honest about what actually matters vs what can wait. One time I was pretty sure I drove over a plastic bag on the highway at night and since I have zero ability to crawl under my RAV4 and inspect anything myself lol, I brought it in the next morning and just asked if they could check whether something was stuck underneath and remove it if needed. Not only did they take care of that for free, but they ALSO finally figured out why my tire pressure light kept coming on nonstop. I had already gone to Discount Tire twice and was told it was probably a sensor issue and that it definitely wasn’t the spare tire in the back causing it… when it literally was exactly that. Big Brand figured it out immediately. They’re also FAST. I’ve personally never had the long wait experiences some people mention, and every time I’ve been there they’ve communicated well and gotten me in and out way quicker than expected. Just genuinely kind, efficient people which feels rare these days tbh. Highly reccomend

This place is great! Did a tire nail repair and tire rotation for me at no charge. They fit me in as a walk-in even though they were very busy. Will Definitely be using them again, especially now that I know they do other types of car services in addition to tires.
