Our car broke down on our road trip from San Diego, needed a starter motor. We towed it to Big Brand and they got our car fixed and on the road in a few hours and on a Saturday!! Wonderful service!! Happy customer!

These guys provide AMAZING service. Needed a crazy Tesla tire- called at 7:30a, dropped key & car off at 1:30p, they had installed etc etc by 5p. Allllll with smiles and grace. Amazing.

Most professional auto shop that I have been to in a while. Very courteous staff, fast service, and best of all, competitive pricing. There are a few overinflated prices in Santa Barbara, but this shop is not one of them

Had a great time waiting to get my car serviced for an oil change at Big Brand Milpas. The staff is very educated, friendly and gave me options. Glad I could get a good deal without breaking the bank since I’m out of work from work injury with no benefits. I got to catch up on the FIFA ⚽️ games with people in the lobby and caught part of a game. My time there was lovely 🥰
