Initially I spoke with Alfred, the store manager, because my battery had died and I was concerned it might be something more. I got such a good vibe from him a couple of days later when my truck wouldn’t start again (after getting a new battery) I brought it straight to his store. Jessie made me feel super comfortable and Russ, the mechanic, even came out to speak with me. I’m new to the state and am a woman so always leery of being taken advantage of but these guys will have my business ALWAYS due to the integrity they ALL have displayed. They didn’t sell me anything I did not need (alternator) or battery and suggested I call AAA because there should be a warranty on a 4 day old battery!! If the next “new” battery fails - I WILL be buying one from Big Brand Tires as well! #trustedmechanics

Talk about incredible service! I broke down near this tire shop on a 100-degree day, and Alfred helped me immediately. They changed my tire over to the donut right then and didn’t charge me a thing. He also took the time to explain my options for when I come back to replace it. I hadn’t changed a tire in about 15 years and was curious whether I would even remember what to do. Joe was gracious enough to show me where everything was and give me a full refresher on how to change it myself, just in case I hadn’t been lucky enough to break down nearby. They took what could have been a miserable, stressful situation and turned it into such a positive experience. Truly above-and-beyond customer service, and I will absolutely be back!

I came in 30 minutes before closing needing a replacement tire for a blowout and they had me out the door 20 minutes later. Excellent service, clean and comfortable waiting area!

Excellent experience! Came in with a flat tire. Took care of me quickly as I was about to leave for a roadtrip. Didnt charge me anything for the fix!

They are honest, hard working, knowledgeable and extremely caring. I went in for an oil change, had unexpected car trouble on the way, all my lights on my dash came on.. Thank goodness I made it to the shop! I needed much more than an oil change and they diagnosed it all in a very efficient manner that morning. Unexpected repairs are not always affordable, there is financing, if needed. They had my car done the same day before the end of the day. Not always the case for all, I know. My experience was great despite having to spend way more money than I originally planned, I’m at least able to continue driving my car. Very happy 😊

I had a great experience with these guys putting on new tires and even, free of charge, diagnosing and fixing some bad break work that a different shop had done. Shout out to Joe in particular who's a great guy that takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to explain things and gets the job done right. Thanks a lot man!!

These guys are amazing! I came in to get an alignment and my tires rotated the day I needed to leave for a road trip and it turned out that there was structural damage on one of my tires. Jessie was amazing and helped me coordinate conversations with my husband via phone and get us a great set of tires immediately. They even pulled my car back in to swap the donut with one of our previous tires after they had finished the job!
