The way customer service used to be. Friendly, fast service. Feels like family everytime I’ve been there. They don’t push unnecessary repairs. They get you in and out quickly and they do a great job.

Paris Tire has been our go to mechanic for several years now. Jeff and his team have serviced my vehicle, my husband’s truck, our work truck, my sister’s vehicle, and then helped weigh in when she got a different, used vehicle. This week my husband’s truck threw a code and Stacey expressed concern, got us in the next morning, then called us with the news first thing. Turns out it is a Ford recall that needs to be handled at the dealership. So thankful for a shop we can trust and for continued excellence as Jeff retires and the new ownership steps in. Thankful Stacey is still holding down the fort when it’s time to return.

I ran over a screw coming home from work they already had appointments before me and I just needed a patch for my tire. They were able to get me in even though they had appointments before me, Sandy was so helpful. I see why this place has such good reviews not only do they have wonderful service but they really go the extra mile to help the walk-ins that aren't planning to visit that day.

First time customer here. Came in with no appointment needing my tired plugged due to a screw being in it. They did the fix in about an hour and for free. Very respectful and quick.
