Had an absolutely great experience with Joe and Jordan at Big Brand Tire. I came in after having two nails patched in my tire, and unfortunately, by the time I got the tire back, the sidewall had broken. Joe and Jordan took the time to explain the situation to me and were very straightforward about the fact that there wasn't a reasonable way their equipment could have caused the damage. Even so, they didn't just brush me off or leave me to deal with the situation on my own. They went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I was taken care of. What really stood out to me was how genuinely they treated me. I'd never met either of them before, but they treated me with the same kindness and concern you'd expect from people you've known for years. I've spent tens of thousands on tires of the years, and this being my first experience with big brand tire, they more than earned my future business and my first google review! I really appreciate Joe and Jordan for taking care of me and treating me like family. They absolutely earned this review, and I'd recommend Big Brand Tire to anyone looking for honest, respectful, well priced and genuinely helpful service.
