Flat tire ruined my day but I already knew my tires were coming to the end of their lives. A phone call to the corporate number and the next day my tires were delivered (they're not typically carried onsite), installed and aligned despite the shop having a big morning emergency. Highly recommend the chain and, even more, the Penn Valley shop.

Had a great experience with these guys. When the tires I picked didn’t fit right they did not try to sell me wheels but figured out what tires would work. I wanted that size tire so I wanted wheels. Helped me pick out the ones I wanted and got them ordered and installed promptly. Great overall experience.

They did a great job and since my car did not need a front end alignment. they did not charge me and inspected the brakes to boot. awesome job fro begining to end. what a blessing Thank you all I appreciate everything

I have been bounced between Aamco and service garages claiming leaks. I decided to go to a neutral part, Big Brand Tire & Service. I thank God I found them. They told me what the problem is and it was caused by Aamco. They said it needs to be fixed by Aamco. I will take all my service needs to Shawn and his team!!! It is really nice if you have to wait: water, coffee, ac, plenty of space. I didn’t wait long for the results at all. Thank you, Shawn and BBTS!! ❤️❤️
