I got a flat tired about 3/4 months ago and took my car to Anthony's tire which was my normal sport, they told me in 2-3K miles that I would need new break pads. I have a trip coming up to big bear and wanted to get that taken care of with an oil change and a few other small items and my boyfriend recommended Big Brand Tire & Service. I was able to get an appointment the next day, which was Saturday, and I do run club that day. I just dropped my car off before they opened, and put my key in the drop box. By the time I was done, it was ready to go. The best part is I thought this was going to be close to $700/800 bucks, turns out that my breaks have another 15/20K miles on them before I need to look at them. They definitely had my back and could've done the work and I would have never known, but they did the right thing. So now this is where my business goes, thank you guys so much!

I needed quite a bit of work done on my daughters car, battery, tires, alignment, oil change, wipers and although I didn't have an appointment they still managed to get me in and got everything done. I definitely appreciate there hard work and customer service they are courteous and knowledgeable, something you don't see to offend any more.
