Great experience at Big Brand this morning! I was passing through on my way to San Francisco and realized I needed a tire rotation to stay within my tire warranty requirements. Christopher was upfront about how long the wait would be and let me know exactly when to come back for a quicker turnaround. I returned at the time he suggested and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Not quite a NASCAR-level tire change, but pretty dang close. Thanks for making it so easy!

The Best service that I have ever received anywhere bar none, I pulled in to this Big Brand tire store with a flat tire worse yet the thread on the tire was coming apart on my way to Pismo Beach with my family, I asked the lady at the front desk if the they could replace that tire with my spare one and she was very courteous she said that yes but to wait about an hr because they had other clients in front of me and I said yes and waited outside but within 20 minutes one of her technicians was there ready to replace my tire , Hd struggled to take my spare tire off my truck He got under my truck on his back on that scorching asphalt fought for some time to bring that tire down from my truck because there was some problem with the tire mechanism in my truck but after fighting with it for some time he managed to get it off from under my truck jacked the truck up in the with his jack replaced my tire and I was on my way to Pismo Beach and they never charged me a penny for doing all that work , of course I didn’t leave from there without giving the technician a cold soda and compensated him for his effort and great service of changing my tire , today I ordered 2 brand new tires from the Big Brand Tire Store in Fresno Ca where I reside I just became a new Big Brand Tire Client for their Professional Stuff, and great customer service and tire prices I recommend BIG BRAND TIRE to anyone and Thank you to all the technicians of Big Brsnd Tire in Paso Robles Ca. Very happy that I found Big Brand Tires. I’ve been getting my car serviced there for over 10 years. They’re honest, reliable, efficient, and very knowledgeable in car repairs. They have you in and out of there in no time.

Avoided a mattress on the highway and the TPMS light went on. Came here and they checked the tires finding a nail. They did the tire pressure for each of the tires and put a patch on the tire. Very Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend coming here. Top notch.

My husband took in his truck after being told it needed new breaks and possibly tires by Ford Dealership. We had just bought new tires so we knew that couldn’t be so we took it into Big Brand for a second opinion.
