I have always had great experiences and service here at the Big Brand stores. I personally have used the store @Oracle and Magee here in Tucson. The staff is courteous, professional, helpful and to the point with what you need and any recommendations. Definitely recommend their services 💯👍

I've always used a certain tire shop because they were close by no matter where I was. This morning I woke up to a screw in my tire. My normal shop is closed on Sundays so I came here. I had David help me and him and the others were great! I also asked about a few things and found out my other shop was making me pay for things I didnt actually need. If I had a screw my other shop always made me replace the tire. Today, not only did they plug it but they didnt even charge me. I will definitely always come here from now on.

TJ and the gentleman at the shop are consummate professionals! It’s easy to communicate with all at the shop and understand what the next steps are in the service process. Everything was clearly explained and received relevant updates during the period. I had an AC issue and the guys found the underlying problem and it was resolved in a timely fashion. Would recommend!!!

Came in with a sharp object stuck in my tire which caused it to leak air. They got me in right away and repaired it for free. The staff was courteous and professional.

TJ was super friendly and kind. very fast and efficient. i left work to get my tire looked at and TJ called me an uber so i could get back to work and avoid missing pay. i stopped by after work was done and despite some logistical delays outside of his control, they got me squared away with a new tire in minutes.
