Work took a little longer than expected AND everyone was great. Communicative, got me a ride to and from so I didn't have to spend multiple days in the waiting area, stuck to the initial price which was cheaper than anywhere else I called. Bringing the wife's car in tomorrow.

Big Brand Tire & Service were a huge help to me. I had a check emissions/engine light that came on late in the afternoon and they were able to schedule me to drop it off first thing the next morning. Good thing I did and I am so grateful they could. Turned out, I had packrat damage to my vehicle wiring. David and Chris were the two technicians that helped me get things fixed. They were super helpful in explaining everything and went out of their way to get things done by the end of the day. They were also honest by letting me know I was not in need of something I thought that I did. Big Brand Tire & Service has been great to me and David and Chris were stellar in all they did. I most definitely recommend Big Brand Tire & Service👍

came in to get my moms car tires checked out, and Raymond pointed out that they were in a dangerous condition to be driving and recommend replacing them. he said if I were his finance he wouldn’t let me drive the car. he showed me the tires, which were hanging on by a literal thread haha so after going over numbers with david, I was able to put 2 new tires on the front end. they helped me out so much with pricing, and they were super fast and efficient. definitely coming back here if we ever have a tire issue again 😊

Having a vehicle go “broken” is a stressful experience. The helpful service, straightforward explanation, and seamless work ing getting me into rental car and back on the road exceeded my expectations. While I waited for the assessment another customer actually reassured me that I would get honest service and respectful treatment. A+ for this business.
