Big Brand Tires took care of everything so quickly and kindly. I just traveled across country and noticed I was having TPMS issues - I thought it was the heat changing the pressure in my tires. Finally I knew I had to get this figured out. They figured it out and repaired it so quickly I was thrilled. Everyone was great, efficient, helpful. Then they wouldn't even accept payment! I know from the past, it might be $30-45 for a repair. It was very kind of them and I feel very happy to not have to worry about my tires. Safety first! Thanks Big Brand!

We had an issue with our 2006 Ford F150 and a check engine light. Normally I would be able to handle a lot of things on this truck because I have had it for awhile and bought it used to work our property in Nevada county. I took it to the autoparts store and pulled the code finding a misfire one one of the cylinders due to coil or plug. However the change on these parts was extremely complicated for this year of truck and the plugs have a tendency to break when being removed. So I played it safe and took it to these folks. Melissa was very kind to our family especially our 6year old daughter. And promised upon dropping off the truck on Friday that it would be ready by Monday morning (they are closed on Sunday) so we rented a car (we live on the ridge very remotely) and went home. Friday after hours we received a call from Melissa stating the truck was done and could be picked up on Saturday morning! They had managed (with some difficulty and a great deal of overtime) to get the truck done on the same day! We picked up the truck and we're able to return the rental two days early saving us a ton on the rental. God bless you folks at the shop. You are a great team with a lot of integrity. That means alot when many shops aren't that honest anymore. Well done folks. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Melissa could not have been nicer at the front desk. I had a flat tire and she got me in as quickly as she could and kept me informed as to how things were going. She is a perfect representative of the business with her patience and kindness.

I had a very positive experience this morning at Big Brand Tires. I had gotten a flat tire, and fortunately I was only a short distance from this business. I was able to come in this morning at 8 o’clock. By 8:05 the line was already going out the door and the phone was ringing constantly. The wonderful gentleman at the front counter named Alex was a delightful person. I was fortunate to be first in line. I had to leave out of town so I didn’t want to have my tire replaced. Another lovely gentleman named Nick was able to get my wheel off and the spare on in no time. The price was extremely reasonable. From this experience, I would highly recommend Big Brand Tires in Nevada City.
