Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Canyon Hills, CA 92532

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was there on a busy day and didn’t make an appointment but they told me I could drop my car off and they would have my tire repaired in a few hours.

Service was great as always. I forgot to add an oil change when I made an appointment for a tire rotation and they did a great job of including it with my tire rotation.

This review has been a long time coming! I had a tire blow out on the 91 freeway late at night. I had the tow truck driver drop my car off at another repair shop but they did not have the ability to do tires. I had to be at work so I dropped the tire/wheel off at Big Brand Tires and Liz - the office manager was so amazing and empathic - treated me like a sister!!! She reassured me the tire would be replaced and would et me know if any damage was done to the rim. Fast forward to the end of the day, the other repair shop where my car was called me and told me that they needed to have it moved. well they couldn’t move it without the tire! so I called Liz In a panic - told her that my car needed to be moved and she handled it!! they actually went to the other repair shop placed the tire on my car, then brought it back to big brand tires put a new tire on the other rim so it wouldn’t be off-balance and had my car ready for me by 6 AM the next day when I had to Leave for work!! Needless to say these people go above and beyond and Beyond!!! I’ve never lived anywhere where I had such peace with a repair shop knowing that the shop was going to have my back like they do! are their prices the cheapest around? no - but they aren’t the most expensive and they are honest, trustworthy, and do quality work, use quality products and they have worked on both my and my daughter’s vehicles and I have not one complaint. they could’ve even told me things were damaged on my car from the tire blowout and I probably would’ve believed them, but they didn’t!! I’m so blessed to have found this repair shop and Liz 100%!! to be honest she needs a raise - And I’m not joking!! she is very present, conscientious, has the best memory and definitely treats you like you are a VIP. I recommend Big Brand Tires Lake Elsinore!!!

We’ve been going to big brand since they opened with all of our cars, have to say that Liz and Ozzy are amazing, and always have a helping attitude, we will continue to go there

Very nice and honest

honestly i wasnt expecting much just needed a quick fix on my tire but they turned out to be super helpful and fast like way faster than i thought theyd be. the guy at the counter actually took a real look instead of just pushing me out and even noticed something else small that was going on which i appreciated. my favorite part is they didnt try to upsell me on a bunch of extra stuff, it was just straight forward and reasonable prices. funny thing is i was in a bit of a bad mood when i pulled in but left feeling good. definitely coming back here for the next thing, felt like one of those rare places that still cares about getting it right

Always great service and tire rotations are FREE which I was surprised about since I didn’t purchase from them. I know where I’m going to buy my tires when needed.
