I’ve visited Big Brand Tires at Ina at least three times in the past few years. The first time I went there, I was in Tucson (where I wasn’t living at the time) and I got a flat tire. All the tire shops I called were closed and couldn’t get me in until the next day or even several days later. But Big Brand Tires said they would wait for me to come by. They fixed my tire and gave me a really good deal on some new tires. Since that experience, I’ve been back at least twice, and every time I’m so appreciative of their services. They’re always quick and very friendly. I highly recommend the shop. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve had problems with my valve stems and they replaced them for free. They even reset my TPMS sensor for free even though they could have charged me. They have great customer servic.

Far and away the best experiences I've had with shops in town. I had some brake concerns after visiting a different mechanic. These guys didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. And explained in perfect detail what costs were and why. I've never had trouble with any Big Brand Tire & Service shops.

One of the most honest places you could do business with. I took my car in for an oil change and told them I think it may need an alignment. They checked and determined it didn’t need an alignment. This is why I came back when it was time for an alignment and chose to do business with them. I like the guy at the front desk a lot as well!
