⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service — Above and Beyond! I want to give a huge shout-out to Jorge, the manager, Alex, and the rest of the crew at Big Brand Tire in Hesperia, California. Today, they went above and beyond to help me and one of my coworkers who had a flat tire. They took the time to inspect the tire and were able to repair it to the best of their ability and get my coworker safely back on the road. What really impressed me was their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help, without making us feel like we were just another customer. Big Brand Tire also deserves recognition for standing behind their free tire repair policy and taking care of their customers when they need it most. That kind of customer service is becoming harder to find. Jorge and Alex and his team are a great representation of what customer service should be. Thank you for taking care of us and going the extra mile! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a tire company that truly stands behind its customers.
