While visiting the area over the weekend, I was heading back to Bakersfield when my car suddenly started making a strange puttering sound I had never heard before. Since it was a Sunday and I didn't have an appointment, I wasn't sure if anyone would be able to help. The team at Big Brand Tire & Service was incredibly accommodating. They took the time to test drive my vehicle and put it up on the rack right away. Within minutes, they diagnosed the issue as an exhaust line leak and even showed me exactly where the problem was so I could take it to an exhaust shop for repair. What really stood out was their kindness and customer service. One of the mechanics even offered to hold my dog's leash while another technician showed me the issue underneath the car. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. To top it all off, they didn't charge me anything for their time or diagnosis.
