Managers were great from the Start. Ordered the wrong size tire for my truck. By the time I caught and was trying to fix it one of the guys already called me to let me know that I might have made a mistake. They worked with me on getting a time that worked well for me. Was in and out fairly quickly. Andy was an awesome guy who helped me when I arrived. Even though they were short staffed he got my truck in quickly. Really a change of pace from any other tire/ auto repair place I have been to. Will be going back for any future service my vehicles need.

Pat was very helpful. My rim broke on pot hole Pat managed to find a rim for me quickly so that i can drive back to Sacramento.

This used to be. firestone service center which was mas o menos but now it’s Big Brand, they are excellent, I took my car for alignment because it was kind of wobbly and my car rides very smooth now, the difference is like night and day. Thank you

I am surprised and pleased about the experience I had at Brand Tires ( the company also carry brand-name tires!) The appointment was easy. The manager was also easy going. What I like the most was that there was not any kind of waiting lines involved. The whole process including replacing the 4 tires turned out to be an hour of waiting time. I can not say I'd be experiencing this with Costco or Sam's club,of which I am a member. Not even a bette price. I'd recommend Brand Tires to anyone.

Been coming here for years getting towed here for a flat. They were so efficient that I drive out of my way to come here for tires now. They do get busy sometimes but they still manage to get service done efficiently. I send all my family and friends here. The manager Andy is really helpful.
