Great customer service, very fair price! Professional and knowledgeable!

My car window broke while visiting from Az. We were to leave to travel home the next day. Mark helped get us in and back on the road in a few hours. They were friendly and professional.

I’ve had my tires replaced, wheel alignment, and oil change all done at this shop and it’s been great service and at every mark. Really quality work done in every way. On top of that Mark and Eric are some really great people making sure you feel welcome and taken care of throughout the whole experience. Great deals and you can tell the team there is doing everything they can to make sure you and your vehicle are given the upmost care and consideration!

Came in last minute for a flat tire, no appointment or anything, and Mark was great. Told me up front what the wait time was, told me that flat repair was FREE which surprised me, and overall a great experience at Big Brand. I had never been to one before and who knows, maybe I’ll get my next set here instead of at that other well know place haha. Turned out the tire could not be fixed but no big deal, they offered to order a replacement and have it ready next day, which was very much appreciated! But I had to turn it down because I had a bone to pick with that other spot. Got me set up on my handy dandy spare and only 1.5 hours and $40 later I was on my way. 5 stars for Mark, great dude over at foot hill ranch and 5 stars for Big Brand.

Great service, friendly and helpful

Stopped by as my car was showing problems with the front tire. The time to look at my car was 2 hours and we had an emergency where I needed the car quicker. They took care of the issue in less time that enabled me to be on the road quicker. Great customer service but moreso they acted on my emergency situation. That’s what I call service, meeting customer’s need.

I had purchased four new tires at big Brand two years ago and needed four new tires this time as well. Because the mileage was not close to what the warranty was of 70,000 miles, I got a very nice adjustment/credit per tire credit to apply to the price of the new tires I purchased. I would recommend purchasing tires from big brand as the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and do a quick and excellent job!
