Came into Big Brand Tire & Service on E. Warm Springs on a Sunday afternoon because I had a nail in my tire. It was over 100 degrees outside, and the customer service was still amazing from start to finish. Cameron was super nice and helpful at the counter, and Kevin, the tire technician, was great as well. Very respectful, professional, and friendly. What really stood out to me was that you can tell these guys are genuinely good people. While I was there, I saw how they treated the other customers too, and everyone was treated with the same kindness and respect. Especially on a hot Sunday afternoon, that kind of attitude and customer service really stands out. Definitely a 5-star experience. I really appreciate Cameron and Kevin for taking care of me. Highly recommend this location!

Highly recommend these guys! Had a big screw in our Wrangler’s tire and Jeff told us to come down and they’d take a look and fix ASAP. Took no more than 10-15 minutes and no charge. Good to go! Friendly and efficient staff. Thank you so much!

I've come here multiple times for oil changes and I just got new tires put on right before closing! These guys were so good about making sure I got a great deal on tires and were intense about my safety! It was a dope vibe! I was tired and the lite in the car was bothering me so I am ever grateful! They were quick, efficient and super friendly and I would recommend this site to anyone!
