Came in for a tire rotation and the service was quick and was even provided with a flat repair after a nail was found in my tire. Great work from Bernie and the team!

I’ve been bringing my car to Big Brand for over a year. I’ve had routine oil changes, tires, and brakes completed during that time. There is no one I trust more to make sure that quality work is put into my car. On top of this, the friendliness and care from everyone in the shop is apparent every time you go there. I’ve had such a great experience. I truly can’t recommend them enough!

Stopped in to get my tires balanced at the store on Durango St. The gentleman at the counter I think his name was John could not have been nicer. Very personable and friendly. Got in and out in no time. Definitely recommended. Thank you.

So thankful for John and his crew at this location! I was sent to this location from a sister store 7 mins away after waiting almost 2hrs and then being told the tires they were supposed to order weren’t in. John and his crew got me right in. I was out in maybe 20 mins! And that is with a skeleton crew due to the holiday. John’s customer service and empathy for my situation was 10/10. Thank you so much John and Durango crew!

We came to our car with a flat when we were at the museum. It didn't take long for them to serve us and they were so kind to us. It was 114° outside so it was nice waiting inside. Their waiting room was fresh and they gave us water. They have a TV so that made waiting time go fast for our kids.

Went in for a flat repair, not knowing it was a free service they provide, so I was very happily surprised! Aside from it being free, it was fast and the staff was great. With service like this I think I found my spot for the next time I need a new set of tires.

They helped me get my crusty old car back to running like new! Bernie was so great. I had paint pen they use at tow yards on my windshield and he took time out of his day to remove the paint from my windshield. Such a sweetheart. Totally recommend this location 👍

They have reasonable prices and they are very friendly as well! They do their best to get the job done on time!
