Good prices and great customer service, I would recommend!

The Big Brand Tire and Service guys in Camarillo are thorough! I came in for an oil change but they promptly brought other issues of concern to my attention. I appreciate the prompt service. Initially, Tommy took photos of my tires and advised me of wear to the front tires that I did not realize. Tires were rotated and I will replace all four at my next oil change with Big Brand. A full discussion ensued which helped me to understand my options and the cost. An engine air filter needed replacing and replacement of the cabin air filter was recommended. My appointment was handled promptly and professionally. I really am grateful for this group of talented young guys! Thanks for taking good care of me.

Front desk Lee was very helpful, kind, easy and an open-minded person. The office close at 4pm on Sundays and their workers Carlos n Caesar worked past 5 pm -over time! I was told earlier the car would be done today. They do what they say! Cool and reliable folks indeed!

I had front tires alignment, at Big Brand Tire & Service.

Been getting alignments with Big Brand for years. Always professional and nice people. Really the best and only place in Camarillo for alignment. A few other shops do it but cannot do every vehicle, especially newer vehicles.
