Free tire rotations! So I was on line for my appt for a tire rotation at Discount Tire. After 20 minutes I was only half way to the front desk to check-in, so called Big Brands to see if they could take me. They said they could, in 20 minutes. I went over, they took my car back 10 minutes later and about 1/2 hour from when I arrived it was done. That is faster than Discount Tire has ever been for me (once it was over 2 hours). Going to bring my other car here for service next week.

Highly recommend. Very friendly team, no pressure sales, took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. Thank you first impression can say a lot.

As a female I dread taking my car in for service….HOWEVER…..If you are looking for QUALITY and VALUE this is the place to bring your vehicle. Mark and his team are AMAZING! Titon was my technician and he was efficient and professional! IMPORTANT!!! They also offer great flexible payment plans that are interest free for a bit! Also, you don’t have to have good credit to qualify. Just know that the entire team will take care of you here!!! I needed 4 tires an oil change and a new belt. There was a tire special running that I got to take advantage of. With the financing plan I only had to put $20 down up front! From start to finish the technicians communicate with you and diagnose your vehicle. They also don’t push services, they will let you know what’s urgent and what can wait to be fixed in time.

I can’t thank Skylen and the team at Big Brand Tire & Service enough! I got a flat tire just before leaving Phoenix for a family road trip. Firestone wasn’t able to repair it because Teslas require special jack pucks, but they filled my tire with air so I could make it here. Skylen immediately took care of me. He patched my tire on a Sunday, got me safely back on the road, and refused to charge me anything. That level of honesty and customer service is rare these days. While we were waiting, my daughter had a great time playing in the kids’ corner. It’s a clean, welcoming shop that really makes families feel comfortable. Thank you again, Skylen, for going above and beyond. You turned a stressful situation into a great experience.
