loved the service they had my car ready way faster than I thought and even pointed out a nail in my tire, deffinitely coming back here isntead of those chain places now man they made it easy and my cars runnin smooth so it was great.

Joel was so friendly and professional and accommodating when I got a nail in my tire. It was near closing and he took me in for a patch up no problem and was in and out in under 30 minutes. I am definitely going back for all my tire needs and highly recommend this business to everyone.

Best service and damn near dealership experience. Came In for a tire swap and I got all 4 of my brakes replaced, and brake flush. The nice part was they offer discounts and best dealership pricings. The manager Sebastian helped me out a lot and saved me more money compared to what the dealership quoted me. They offer easy solutions from my own personal troubles to pick up my vehicle and I was truly amazed what Sebastian had to offer to help my solutions. I will be 100% bringing my cars back to this location for not just the pricing but the overall experience I had from Sebastian’s team.

Got a tire rotation done here for the first time this afternoon and Joel was very helpful and professional. They were able to get it done in a very timely manner and overall it was a great experience!

Big Brand Tire and service in Aliso Viejo were great with replacing my 4 tires that were under warranty for fair price. I was pleasantly surprised. I have not had the same experience at other locations.

These guys are awesome! I bought tires years ago and was unhappy because they wore out too quickly. I went back in to let them know that I was unhappy and they replaced them for next to nothing. The new tires they put on my car have been fantastic. Here we are, a few years later and the new tires have almost zero wear. There is no such thing as a guarantee in this world, but this is the next best thing. I am living proof that when faced with a bad experience, these guys are willing to stand behind their products and defend their customers. I honestly couldn’t give them higher praise.
