I purchased some tires at the Big Brand Tire Store in Oxnard....I am temporarily living in the Valley and happened to pick up a nail in my front drivers side tire. Joe got me in the same day, patched my tire, and didn't charge me a dime! Joe did point out to me other things that were wrong with my 2014 GMC Terrain. Nice thing was is that he actually showed me while my car was apart, vs. just telling me. He, and the rest of the staff were extremely polite and even fell in to my crazy sense of humor. The waiting room was clean, comfortable, their was a choice of coffee, water and snacks all for no charge. With the economy the way it is, I found this a rare find..... I really admire the service, the professionalism, and the atmosphere.....thanks guys! As a Professional Dog Trainer. If you need my service, I'll take care of ya!!

Needed tires fixed asap, called went in right away told them I was in a hurry they got everything done in less than an hour. Excellent services and super attentive with customer needs.

Hugo and his team came through for us on Mother's Day! Fixed TPMS system in my wife's car, replaced oxygen sensors day before. Made me look like a Hero bringing her car back to her trouble light free and running great.

For example, when they mentioned my transmission fluid, they said it was CLEAN (because I just had it changed about 2 months ago).
