Stopped in 1/2 hour before closing with a leaking tire. The manager personally, dismounted the tire, patched the leak, checked the air pressure in my other tires, and sent me on my way. AT NO CHARGE!!! Excellent service!!

Honestly, I was extremely upset when I found out that Western Tire was no longer. I had been a Western Tire customer since I started driving (40 years- yikes!) But I was pleasantly surprised that the same customer service still exists at Big Brand Tires. Bryan still works there a few days a week, and is so knowledgeable about “everything tires”! While waiting in the waiting room, I saw the other employees helping customers, and customers leaving happy. So…I am going to continue to be a loyal customer - of Big Brands.
