I had all 4 tires replaced. It was easy to get an appointment and the tires I wanted came in the next morning from the request. The building was clean and easy to access. The people were kind. Highly recommend!

Best customer service I have ever experienced at any car shop. I took my keys next-door to a restaurant and they tried calling me and I didn’t pick up so they drove over and picked up my keys. They are the nicest people ever I would highly recommend getting any luxury car serviced there.

I had an unexpected flat tire on a rush trip to Austin to deliver some critical supplies for my commissioning team. These folks were jam-packed for the afternoon, but managed to find a way to squeeze me in for, get this, a free flat fix. I’m not just talking about a simple plug job. Turns out I had a leaking valve stem. And when I say free, I mean, they wouldn’t let me pay for anything. I finally just left some cash on the counter and said please use it as you see fit to buy the team lunch. I’m hesitant to say this because I don’t want to set an unrealistic expectation for you if you visit this tire shop, but I was in and out in under 30 min which put me back on the road to our team in Austin who desperately needed the Arc Flash safety gear I picked up for them.
