Big Brand Tire and Service on IH35 South San Antonio IS the BEST tire service. My 2015 Ram 3500 Dually had been shaking in the rear since I bought it. Forums stated that it was common and acceptable. Road force balance, Drive shaft u joint replacement, drive shaft balance and, yeah, other stuff was suggested repair. SMH..I suffered for the first 3 months, then I found these dudes. I called, explained my problem and Kevin said bring it in let us look at it cause we've worked on dually's with no returning issues. So I did, they saw, they conquered. Ive had a smile on my face ever since. Feel confident that taking your vehicle's for any future services. Thank you BIG Brand.
