Woke up sunday morning with a screw in my tire... not the first time, but it is the first time I found this place! They repaired my tire at no cost! Normally places tell me I have to replace the one or ALL tires! So i was pleasantly surprised when they were able to repair it and for FREE! I know not all tires are able to be fixed but I have had plenty of tires with almost the same placement as today and told they could not repair it. Even better, they were open on a sunday! 5/5 customer service 5/5 fast and long lasting repair!

Kevin and the team at Big Brand Tire & Service are honest, dependable and fast! I had a screw in my rear passenger tire, discovered it Sunday morning, and I was fully ready to replace the tire, but they said it could be repaired. Granted I still want to replace it soon though, but thankfully they were able to get me back up and running before Monday. Big thank you to them and God bless!

Gave me a great deal, were very kind and courteous and professional. Living in San Antonio it’s inevitable that some road trash or pothole will flatten your tire at some point. This is the second time I’ve come here and I’ll definitely come back should I ever need them again.

Good service. Fair price and a 90 day warranty on basics alignment which is better than most alignment shops will offer. Good customer service from counter representatives.
