This place was super fast and friendly. Hands down recommend this place to anyone. The guy with the cowboy hat was awesome.

This review is a bit long, but in short: I highly recommend this place! This shop truly saved my day with their incredibly thoughtful service, including transportation. I had a sudden flat tire, and within just 30 seconds of driving, the tire pressure dropped to almost zero. There was no way I could make it to the tire shop I usually rely on. Just when I was feeling completely stuck, I noticed this shop’s sign and decided to pull in. Mr. J immediately stepped in, looked for a tire that would fit my car, provided a clear and reasonable estimate I felt comfortable with, and even arranged a ride to take me home. I was genuinely touched, and thanks to Mr. J, the bright, smiling front desk staff, and the technician working behind the scenes, I was able to get through the rest of the day feeling relieved and at ease. When I got my car back, I also found a handwritten message quietly left inside the car. That personal touch meant a lot to me. Getting a flat tire was the worst, but thanks to this shop, it turned into a day where I felt truly supported and reassured. I genuinely and highly recommend this place. If you’re unsure where to go, don’t hesitate to trust this shop!

5 stars isn’t enough for this place. I had a tire debead on the highway and was able to pull off into a nearby neighborhood. I had no tools with me and found myself completely stranded. By pure luck, I noticed this tire shop across the street and decided to see if they could help, even though they only had about 10 minutes left before closing. The gentleman working there didn’t hesitate for a second. He came out, helped me remove the damaged tire, mounted my spare, and got me safely back on the road. He easily could have told me they were closing soon, but instead he went out of his way to help someone he had never met before. The level of customer service and hospitality I received was incredible. If you want to support good people who take care of their customers, I highly recommend giving this shop your business. I’ll be back!

I started bringing my car here on a recommendation from my parents, and now I've been going here for over 5 years. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and today was no exception. James and the others working there took time to explain a leak they had found, and went through the pictures with me. I'm glad I've found a trustworthy and fair mechanics shop in Katy.

I had a really great experience with First Tire and Automotive Cinco Ranch, and I’m especially grateful for the help from Nick. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk me through the pricing options in a way that was clear and honest, which I really appreciated. I wasn’t in a position to take care of all the repairs at once, and Nick was understanding and helped me prioritize what was most important to get done first. That level of care and flexibility meant a lot to me. He was efficient, communicative, and even helped locate the parts needed and got them delivered quickly so everything could be taken care of right away. I truly appreciate the level of service I received and will definitely be coming back. I’d highly recommend them to my friends and family.
