Best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop. Everyone was very friendly but more importantly the communication was flawless. At no point was I questioning what was happening or going on with my vehicle. Nick was the one who helped me and he was very thorough in explaining everything and did it with a great attitude. Top tier shop.

Kudo’s and a BIG BRAND THANK YOU to Troy and Nic. Moving-completely-out of our home yesterday we were set to drive early this morning-8 hour day. It was after 5 pm . I got in my car and my tire PSI dropped -U-haul attached and filled up. OF course…I was a mess…dang it. I called Big Brand told them my situation and he said come on in. They close as 6 pm. I got there at 523 pm. It was done by 555. The absolute nicest calmest, professional 2 men. They found a pin size hole and fixed it . I was ready to pay and didn’t know they do that for free. Unbelievable. I was mad at myself for not having any cash on me to tip them. They eased my flustered mind .. I am gonna call their manager and let them know that these 2 men are stellar … so kind… thank you both SO much . !!

I went in to get my tire repaired. I was a walkin, and they were able to fix my tire fairly quickly. It was honest work, and they didn't try to sell me anything extra or say something was wrong when it wasnt. 10/10 recommend this place.
