Several dealerships had told me nothing was wrong with my front end, it was making very bad noises. They took their time looking at it and found the problems. They listened and gave me feedback and when repairing my front end another piece fell off when repairing so they ordered parts for next day and had it done when they said they would.

I was vacationing in Coeur d’ Alene and needed to repair a tire which was going flat. It was Sunday and fortunately Big Brand was open and took my car into their shop right away and repaired my tire without even charging me for it. Great place to do business.

Had 2 tires blow out on a trailer Sunday driving through northern Idaho (Coeur d’Alene) only tire shop in the area that could help us and would help us. A big box store tire shop that sells everything food ect ect that is everywhere and open on sundays said they couldn’t help us. Called Big Brand Tire and they patched me through to McKinna and she was professional and kind got us in while still taking care of the other costumers. I highly recommend Big Brand Tire.
