Took in for service due to a suspension issue; scheduled the evening before; dropped off the truck with wonderful customer service! Received a phone call with detailed message once issue was diagnosed, as well as invoice via text message to see prior to pick up. Issue was resolved and technicians were extremely personable and willing to take the time to explain the issue, even had photos to show where the noise was coming from. Very much appreciate the customer service as well as tire/suspension service!
