I took my car in to fix a slow leak and tires rotation, and the crew ended up fixing it. These guys are awesome and deserve recognition: they are courteous, honest, and work hard to deliver customers' cars in a timely manner. They also recommended a few other services. No pushy salesman, trying to sell you extra services you don’t need. Thank you!

Tony and his colleagues are fantastic. They handled my repair professionally, honestly, and even finished up the work faster than they estimated. And the prices are incredibly reasonable. Big thumbs up! If / when I need tires or service again, I’ll definitely be coming back.

Amazing customer service! I was driving on Haight Street when I got an alert about my tire pressure which was rapidly declining. Made it to Big Brand Tires to get it repaired, but they had already closed. Service Rep Myles was kind enough to take my car in even though they had been closed for 30 minutes as it wasn’t safe to drive the car. I only had 11 PSI left on my tire. On Monday morning, Service Rep Ury let me know they were able to repair the tire at no charge. They asked me to keep them in mind for any future repairs, and I mostly definitely will. A very stressful situation was quickly alleviated because Myles and Big Brand Tire helped me out of a jam! Thanks so much!!! Please check them out :)
