The staff at Big Brand Tire and Service in Paris are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They are the only business that has ever touched my car in the last 4 years. I go in regularly for oil change and tire rotation and buy new tires as needed. They are honest and reasonably priced. They have even replaced windshield wipers for me. They do good quality work in a timely manner and they give me heads up if I need additional service on my car. I trust them for all my vehicle maintenance and highly recommend Big Brand Tire and Service.

Wonderful experience all around 😁. When I called for a quote Zach answered all my questions and it was almost closing time, didn’t act annoyed with me for calling like I experienced when I called other tire shops. When I went to get tires replaced everyone was so nice and friendly, which has not been my experience at other tire shops. I will definitely be a repeat customer, I am so happy to have found a tire shop that you get great service and not treated like you are a burden for needing tires in Paris.
