Ben and his team at Firestone in Bastrop were phenomenal. I pulled up in a real bind, wife, baby, and a 3-year-old in 95-degree heat. One of the techs had the tire out of my trunk immediately, and Ben himself loaded it back in, all in under 13 minutes. Fast, courteous, and professional. They turned a stressful situation into a quick stop, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
