The manager Austin went above and beyond to turn my day around and provide unquestionably great service. You can get tires anywhere - the people and experience here made the difference.

Fast friendly and most importantly, honest. Went when the wait time was long(understandable because they are fixing flats for free!) So I went to NTB and was told I needed a new tire. Went back to Big Brand for a second opinion and they were able to fix the flat for free! I went to Houston and back on that repaired tire. No issues since. That was April of last year. When I get my new tires soon I’ll definitely get them at Big Brand. Honesty matters!

Luis was a major help in getting everything done that I needed done. He even checked to see if they could get my vehicle towed so I could get the services I needed. He stayed in communication with me throughout the whole process and give me wonderful recommendations. I have been a customer with them for a while and I will continue doing business with them. They are always so helpful, understanding, and open.

Absolutely the best service! Terry was incredible. I was referred to Big Brand Tire from another place up the road because the first place did not have my car's valve stem. After that Terry and the crew went above and beyond for me. For one never been there before and fixed my flax for free, just an amazing standard service. Replaced the valve stem that was replaced 2 weeks ago by Walmart who put in a stem that was too small. The place the referred me to Big Brand kept my tire lock lug nut and after I called Terry called and tried to get them t replace the locking lug nut they would have to break offer fix my tire. The other place was rude to both me and Terry. Terry then replace my lugnut for free and finished the fix for free as well. I came in already pissed and upset over a tire problem that only got worse but Terry changed my whole day around. I can't recommend him and the team at Big Brand Tire enough. I will definitely be back.

In this day and age stores, especially shops don't do anything for free, Austin has a good one in this one.
